Slack physical demand and lack of buying interest from stockists have once again dragged down the prices of majority of pulse seeds and pulses, with chana (kanta) being quoted at ₹5,750 quintal. Chana dal (average) was quoted at ₹7,000-7,100, chana dal (medium) at ₹7,200-7,300 and chana dal (bold) at ₹7,400-7,500 a quintal.
