The domestic rubber prices were almost steady on Monday. There were no genuine buyers in the local trading houses though the commodity is passing through the low production season.
RSS 4 finished unchanged at Rs. 114.50 per kg according to traders. The grade ended flat at Rs.114.50 and Rs.111.50 per kg respectively according to Rubber Board and the dealers. The trend was partially mixed as RSS 5 lost ground on extremely low demand.
The November futures weakened to Rs.114.00 (114.51), December to Rs. 113.70 (114.43), January to Rs.113.65 (114.27) and February to Rs.114.11 (114.51) per kg on National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
RSS 3 (spot) dropped to Rs. 86.78 (Rs. 87.38) per kg at Bangkok. The October futures declined to ¥ 155.4 (Rs. 84.27) from ¥ 157.1 (85.19) per kg during the day session and then to ¥ 154.9 (Rs.84.00) per kg in the night session on Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM).

RSS-4: 114.50 (114.50)
RSS-5: 112.00 (113.00)
Ungraded: 106.00 (106.00)
ISNR 20: 104.00 (104.00)
and
Latex (60% drc): 87.00 (87.00)
