Spot rubber prices finished flat on Wednesday. RSS 4 continued to rule unchanged at ₹129 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade closed steady at ₹126 as reported by the dealers. December contracts improved to ₹132.50 (₹131.36), January to ₹134.99 (₹133.61), February to ₹137.70 (₹136.08) and March to ₹140.99 (₹139.59) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹142.87 (₹142.06) at Bangkok. December futures improved to ¥232 (₹137.80) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates in ₹/kg were: RSS-4: 129 (129); RSS-5: 125 (125); Ungraded: 115 (115); ISNR 20: 119 (119) and Latex (60% drc): 82 (82).
