Increased availability and weak demand in pulses dragged pulse seeds and pulses in Indore mandis with chana (Indore delivery) today declining to ₹4,125-50 a quintal. Compared to last week chana in Indore mandis is ruling ₹100 a quintal lower. Chana dal (average) today ruled at ₹5,000-5,200, chana dal (medium) at ₹5,300-5,400, while chana dal (bold) was quoted at ₹5,600-5,700 a quintal respectively. Dollar chana ruled stable at ₹5,000-5,400 on slack and subdued domestic demand. In container also dollar chana traded low on weak export demand with dollar chana (44/46 count) today fetching ₹6,050, while dollar chana (58/60 count) was quoted at ₹5,050 a quintal. The arrival of dollar in Indore and adjoining mandir was recorded at 8,000 bags.
