Cox & Kings in a communiqué to the stock exchanges said that its finance committee of directors had on Tuesday allotted 72,50,000 warrants to Standford Trading Pvt Ltd, a promoter group entity.
The issue entitles subscription of an equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 5 each at Rs 309.82 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 304.82.
