Real estate company DLF Ltd has filed an appeal with the Securities Appellate Tribunal against the ban, imposed by SEBI, on tapping capital markets for three years, a spokeswoman for the company told Business Line on Friday.
The stock market regulator on Monday had barred DLF and company Chairman Kushal Pal Singh along with five other company executives for failure to provide key information on subsidiaries and pending legal cases at the time of its IPO in 2007.
