What To Watch. Emami Infra: merger of subsidiaries

The board of Emami Infrastructure will meet on Tuesday to consider a draft scheme of amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiary companies, Emami Realty Ltd and Emami Rainbow Niketan Private Ltd with itself. In 2011, Emami had restructured its FMCG business and consolidated real estate business under Emami Infrastructure, after it acquired Zandu Pharmaceutical Works. Analysts will keenly track the developments.
