Rupee up 8 paise to 67.27/$

The rupee recouped by eight paise to end at 67.27 against the dollar on fag-end selling of the greenback by banks and exporters in view of sustained foreign capital inflows into domestic equities. Lower dollar in the overseas market also boosted the rupee, a forex dealer said. Intraday, the domestic unit hovered in the 67.25-67.43 range.
