The meeting of the Fortis board of directors scheduled on Wednesday to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2017-18 has been deferred to June 11.
"The same is as a result of ongoing deliberations of the conclusions arising from the internal investigation," the company informed the NSE and BSE on Wednesday.
"Further, the trading window of the company for dealing in securities of the company will continue to remain closed upto June 13, 2018," the filing said.
