The Bombay High Court has now extended the stay on the MCA's final order in the NSEL-FTIL merger matter till April 22.
The Court had earlier stayed the final merger order till March 31.
The Corporate Affairs Ministry (MCA) had in its final order directed the merger of crisis hit National Spot Exchange (NSEL) with Financial Technologies India Ltd (FTIL).
