What To Watch. Fund raising plans to keep IL&FS Trans in focus

IL&FS Transportation Networks will remain in focus on Wednesday, as the company board meets to consider a rights issue. Analysts and traders will be keen to know the size of the issue, pricing and entitlement ratio. It plans to raise up to ₹1,000 crore to augment its long-term resources and would seek shareholders’ approval for the same in the ensuing annual general meeting, which is also scheduled for Wednesday.
