Gayatri Projects Ltd has informed the BSE that the board meeting which was scheduled to be held on October 13 has been postponed.
The company had to postpone the meet due to the ongoing process of Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Gayatri Projects Ltd, Gayatri Infra Ventures Ltd and Gayatri Domicile Private Ltd. A fresh notice will be issued for the next board meeting as per the management’s decision, it informed the BSE.
