Gold futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange opened marginally higher at Rs 29,390 per 10 grams on Friday. It made a high of Rs 29,418 and low of Rs 29,353. It was down by 0.06 per cent at Rs 29,372 at 2.20 p.m.
In Comex, the yellow metal for April delivery was up by $3 at $1,578 a troy ounce at 2.20 p.m.
