Gold futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange opened lower at Rs 25,650 per 10 grams on Wednesday against the previous close of Rs 25,766.
It made a high of Rs 25,650 and low of Rs 25,435. It was trading down by 0.66 per cent at Rs 25,595 at 1.20 p.m.
In Comex, the yellow metal for June delivery was down by $5 at $1,382 a troy ounce at 1.20 p.m.
