Mohit Kamboj was re-elected unopposed as the National President of the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) for a term of five years up to 2021.
The governing board, at its meeting in Mumbai on Wednesday, approved the election of 20 directors who were elected from various segments including bullion merchant, diamond, logistic, NBFC, retailers, manufacturers and nominated agencies.
The association dissolved its board last month and decided to expand it with nomination from other participants of the industry. It plans to expand its member base to 1 lakh with offices in West Asia, UK and Africa.
