Shares of GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd shot up by 9.99 per cent during the day’s trade on the BSE quoting at Rs 10.68.
The diversified Hyderabad-based infrastructure company is learnt to have been contemplating filing the Draft Prospectus with the regulators for possible listing of its airport business.
The company, which has been hinting at bringing down its debt in the holding company, including in the airports business, has begun to prepare for the possible IPO, sources said.
