The board of directors of Heritage Foods (India) Ltd has deferred a decision on bonus issue of shares.
In a communication to the stock exchanges, the company said its board of directors on May 30 deferred a decision on the bonus issue as it wanted to "evaluate the share split option as an alternative before concluding the proposal of bonus issue".
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 494, down by Rs 27.50, on the BSE.
