ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company said its initial public offer of 8.62 crore equity shares will open for subscription on September 15 and close on September 19.
The general insurer’s red herring prospectus (RHP) has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, ICICI Bank, the promoter of the company, said in a stock exchange notice.
The IPO includes a reservation of up to 43.12 lakh equity shares of ICICI Lombard for purchase by ICICI Bank shareholders as on the date of RHP.
