Indiabulls Housing Finance today said it has raised Rs 800 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.
“The company has allotted secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 800 crore,” Indiabulls Housing Finance said in a regulatory filing.
The issue closed on August 16 and the bonds will carry a coupon rate of 8.80 per cent (payable annually and at maturity).
Date of maturity of debentures is August 16, 2021.
Shares of the company were trading 0.05 per cent higher at Rs 814.85 apiece on the BSE.
