Gaurav Manchanda, son-in-law of Infosys’ co-founder SD Shibulal has sold a small stake in the company. Gaurav Manchanda held over 85.73 lakh shares or 0.39 per cent stake in Infosys as of June.
In a filing to the exchanges, Infosys informed exchanges that Manchanda sold more than 8.05 lakh equity shares through open market transactions between August 8 and 10.
He offloaded the shares, which is 0.04 per cent of his stake in Infosys, through three transactions.
Shibulal, along with daughter Shruti, had gifted their shares worth over ₹2,327 crore to family members in February 2018.
