Kirloskar Brothers Investments Ltd has said it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Pneumatic Holdings Ltd.
In a filing to the stock exchange, Kirloskar Brothers said that it has received the certificate of incorporation dated September 16 of Pneumatic Holdings from the Registrar of Companies, Pune.
