KSK Energy Ventures Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Thursday (May 1) has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting to consider issue of securities to institutional buyers and preferential offer to promoters and affiliates.
The board has also decided to appoint M S Phani Sekhar, member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
The EGM will obtain the approval of the members to consider and approve the issue and allotment of securities to qualified institutional buyers up to Rs 1,000 crore.
In addition, it has decided to consider and approve issue and allotment of 15 crore convertible warrants on preferential basis to the promoter, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
