L&T Finance has picked up 11.42 per cent stake or 32.93 lakh shares in PVR by invoking pledged shares. L&T Finance notified the stock exchanges today of the development that had happened on November 27.
Meanwhile, the PVR stock was ruling 0.4 per cent higher at Rs 285.05.
According to latest shareholding pattern available with the exchanges, only 4.31 per cent (or 5 lakh shares) was pledged with finance company.
Interestingly, on December 12, Priya Exhibitors Pvt Ltd, one of its promoters, revoked the entire pledging of shares from Indiabulls Housing Finance.
None of the other promoters has pledged any shares with financial institutions, according to data filed by the company with exchanges.
