L&T Infra Debt Fund today said it will raise Rs 300 crore through issuance of non-convertible bonds.
The company “intends to issue secured, redeemable, non-convertible bonds amounting to Rs 300 crore on private placement basis”, it said in a BSE filing.
The bonds will have a face value of Rs 25 lakh each, the filing said.
L&T Infra Debt Fund is an infrastructure debt fund and regulated by the RBI.
The company has a share capital of Rs 304 crore ($46 million), as per information on its Web site.
L&T Infra Finance holds 48.4 per cent in the equity capital of L&T Infra Debt Fund Ltd.
