LB India Holdings Mauritius I Ltd, in league with three other entities, has picked up 2.42 per cent equity shares in KSK Energy Ventures Limited.
The acquisition of shares intimated to the stock exchange was on May 31, which took their stake to 2.75 per cent, or 37.26 crore shares. Prior to the said acquisition of shares, it had 12.41 lakh shares or 0.33 per cent of equity.
The shares were acquired along with LB Mauritius I Ltd, LB Mauritius IV Ltd and GRA Finance Corporation Ltd.
On Monday, the company shares closed at Rs 50.90, down 1.26 per cent at BSE on Monday.
