MCX Stock Exchange has joined hands with New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) to offer financial market-related courses in the country.
MCX-SX and NYIF, a division of Pearson, have signed an agreement to this effect, under which both parties have agreed to collaborate on offering NYIF’s online courses and certification programmes in India, a joint statement said.
The alliance will enable MCX-SX to offer NYIF’s core financial market-related courses in India.
“This development is a significant step in developing expertise and creating skill-sets that are essential to sustain the growth pace of India’s financial markets,” MCX-SX Managing Director & CEO, Mr Joseph Massey, said.
