Natco mulls raising FPI stake

Natco Pharma will increase the equity investment percentage in the company for foreign portfolio investors to 49 per cent. The company’s board, which will meet on May 22 to approve the unaudited financial results for the March quarter, along with audited annual accounts for the year 2014-15, will also consider the proposal, the BSE was informed on Tuesday. Further issue of shares or convertible securities of any nature will also be considered by the board. The meeting will also consider merging Natco Organics with Natco Pharma.
