What To Watch. Open offer kicks off at McNally Bharat

Shares of McNally Bharat Engineering will remain in focus, as the open offer from EMC Ltd along with MKN Investment Private Ltd, McLeod Russel India and others begins on Thursday. It is scheduled to close on September 2. The acquirers plan to buy up to 1.315 crore equity shares constituting 26 per cent emerging voting share capital of the target company. The offer price is ₹100 a share. A little over 16,000 retail investors own 32.95 per cent stake in the company.
