What To Watch. Open offer to navigate ZF Steering

Shares of ZF Steering will remain in focus as the open offer from Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH opened on Tuesday. The acquirer plans to mop up 23.59 lakh shares (26 per cent of the equity share capital) of ZF Steering Gear (India) at ₹455.96 a share. The stock is currently ruling well above the offer price. Independent directors have asked shareholders of ZF Steering to take a considered view. The open offer closes on August 25.
