Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd (SIFL) has planned a non-convertible debenture issue in July. The NCD issue of a face value of Rs 1,000 each would be for a base issue size of Rs 200 crore, the company said.
The issuer, however, will have with an option to retain over-subscription upto Rs 1,000 crore.
The issue will open for subscription on July 1 and is scheduled to close on July 20. The company said it has filed the prospectus with ROC, SEBI and BSE.
The NCDs have been rated AA- by CARE and AA by Brickwork. These are proposed to be listed on the BSE.
Axis Trustee Services Ltd is appointed as the debenture trustee and Karvy Computershare Private Ltd is the registrar to the issue.
