Aditya Birla Finance Ltd has increased its shareholding in NCC Ltd by acquiring additional 15 lakh shares equivalent to 0.58 per cent of the voting capital.
With this, Aditya Birla Finance’ holding has gone up from 4.52 per cent to 5.10 per cent, according to a statement made to the BSE on Thursday. It earlier had 1.15 crore shares.
In yet another intimation to the exchange, NCC has informed that AVSR Holdings Private Ltd has intimated about the pledged shares.
The shares of NCC closed at Rs 30.50, up 0.16 per cent on the BSE.
