Asian Paints offers VRS scheme

Asian Paints has offered a voluntary retirement/separation scheme along with an alternative option of relocation to other factories/establishments of the company to all the workmen at its Bhandup plant in Mumbai. The company said that all workmen have accepted one of the options. Asian Paints discontinued manufacturing activities at the plant from May 5. The stock on Monday gained 1.75 per cent at ₹518.5.
