The stock of Vijay Shanti Builders may witness action after the company announced that it got permission for its Rs 120-crore residential project — Boulevard. The project is spread over 413,400 sq.ft. of built-up area, with 321 apartments and about 11 row houses. The company reported a net profit of Rs 2.31 crore on a revenue of Rs 37.11 in June quarter.
