The stock of VLS Finance will remain in focus as the company board is meeting on December 10 to consider a buyback proposal. The B-group stock closed at Rs 12.6 on the BSE on Friday. The stock has been moving in a range of Rs 17.4 and Rs 8 in the last one year. The company has reported a profit of just Rs 31 lakh on revenue of Rs 1,005.2 crore during the September quarter. While promoters control 40.42 per cent stake in the company, others including 25,804 small investors, have an exposure of 59.58 per cent stake in the company.
