Pia Singh, daughter of DLF Chairman K.P. Singh, is planning to sell 0.73 per cent stake at Rs 216.41 a share. The DLF stock gained 1.3 per cent to Rs 213.75 on the BSE.
In an inter-promoter transfer, 1.25 crore shares will be acquired by Kavita Singh, wife of Pia’s brother, Vice Chairman Rajiv Singh, and nine other promoter entities on or before December 17.
With this transaction, her stake in the company will come down to 0.61 per cent from 1.34 per cent. It was 1.55 per cent at the end of the June quarter.
The promoters’ shareholding in the company is expected to increase marginally to 77.97 per cent from 77.24 per cent after the transaction.
