Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has informed the BSE that its subsidiary company, Hira Ferro Alloys Ltd, has sold its entire 13 per cent stake in Maruti Clean Coal and Power Ltd for a consideration of ₹39 crore. Maruti Clean Coal is currently engaged in the process of setting up coal washeries and a 300 MW independent power plant in Chhattisgarh. Maruti Clean is yet to start commercial operations.
