IT stocks were on a roll in the morning session on the BSE on Tuesday. At 10.45 am TCS led the charge with gains of 2.51 per cent. It was trading at Rs 2,422.15 as against Rs 2,362.80 at close yesterday.
Infosys was trading at Rs 1,950.60. This represented a gain of 1.37 per cent on its previous close at Rs 1,924.30.
Wipro rode up 0.45 per cent to quote at Rs 544. The stock had ended Monday’s session at Rs 541.55.
BHEL steamed up 0.26 per cent to trade at Rs 249.40 as against yesterday’s finish at Rs 248.75.
Larsen & Toubro was little changed at Rs 1,503.70. This was just 0.05 per cent up on its overnight close at Rs 1,503.
