ITC chief gets ESOP shares

YC Deveshwar, Chairman and Wholetime Director of ITC Ltd, was allotted 8.10 lakh shares worth ₹20.20 crore. Shares were allotted to him under the ITC Employees Stock Option Schemes, the company said in a release to the bourses on Friday. Deveshwar now holds over 27 lakh shares or 0.0346 per cent equity in the company. On Friday, the ITC stock closed at ₹325.10, up by 0.17 per cent on the BSE.
