Shares of JK Tyre Industries will remain in focus, as the company board meets on Thursday to consider a proposal for stock split. Currently, the face value of the company's stock is ₹10. Analysts and investors would be keen to know the ratio. The company's stock has jumped over five-fold from around ₹90 a year back to the current levels of ₹483.20. JK Tyre reported a healthy net profit of ₹39 crore for the quarter ended June 2014 on revenues of ₹1,567 crore.
