The IPO of State-run National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) was subscribed nearly 4.93 times on the closing day of the issue. The price band for the issue is Rs 90-106 a share.
The cumulative bid quantity on the NSE and BSE was for 5.91 crore shares as compared with the 1.2 crore shares on offer. The issue opened for subscription March 22. Through the IPO, the company planned to raise Rs 120 crore.
IDBI Capital Market Services and Enam Securities are the book running lead managers to the issue.
