Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd

The board of directors of Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd on Monday discussed about the raising of funds for expansion and growth of its e-commerce business. The board has decided to raise the funds in the form of equity or equity equivalent securities or debt instruments, as and when it is required for its business. Shares of Nouveau Global crashed 10.8 per cent at ₹35.5 on the BSE.
