Reliance Communications (RCom) is looking to list its sub-sea telecomm network business on the Singapore Exchange as a business trust.

On June 12, the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd had granted “eligibility to list” to the business trust. This, however, was subject to requisite conditions being satisfied.
