Reliance Communications (RCom) is looking to list its sub-sea telecomm network business on the Singapore Exchange as a business trust.

On Thursday, RCom’s Global Telecommunications Infrastructure Trust filed a copy of the preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

On June 12, the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd had granted “eligibility to list” to the business trust. This, however, was subject to requisite conditions being satisfied.
