Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd (REEL), a Ramky Group company engaged in environment management services, is finalising plans for an initial public offering (IPO) to part-fund its expansion and growth plans.
“The company has shortlisted some consultants and banks to finalise the road map for the proposed entry into the capital market. We expect to finalise the details in few days,” Mr Gautham Reddy, Executive Director of Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, a listed entity of the diversified Hyderabad-based Ramky Group, said.
The Ramky group is engaged in infrastructure projects through its listed entity Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, and handles road and other infrastructure projects. The other Group company Ramky Estates and Farms Ltd, is engaged in real estate development.
