Surana Tower, Surana Solar to split face value

Surana Telecom and Power and Surana Solar will reduce the face value of their shares effective from Tuesday on the bourses. While the former is reducing its face value from ₹5 to ₹1, the latter is cutting it from ₹10 to ₹5. Surana Solar, earlier known as Surana Ventures, reported a net profit of ₹2.43 crore on revenues of ₹30.19 crore for the quarter ended June. Surana Telecom reported a profit of ₹73 lakh on revenue of ₹3.76 crore for the June quarter.
