Varkey Group gets 12% of Everonn shares via preferential allotment

Varkey Group Ltd has informed the BSE that it has been allotted 26,18,120 shares of Everonn Education Ltd through preferential allotment at a price of Rs 528 a share in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, aggregating to 12per cent of the post preferential issuance equity capital of Everonn Education Ltd.
