Welspun Enterprises has issued equity shares representing 8.76 per cent of its share capital to JP Morgan Chase Bank, which is the depository bank of the GDR holders of Welspun Corp Ltd. Subsequently, the company had completed the issuance of GDRs to GDR holders. The move follows demerger of Welspun Corp Ltd to Welspun Enterprises. Shares of Welspun Enterpries slipped 2.97 per cent to ₹321.20.
