With the Enforcement Directorate summoning Mr Dayanithi Maran (Sun TV promoter) and his brother Mr Kalanidhi Maran in connection with the 2G spectrum case, the stock of Sun TV could be come under traders' focus this week. According to reports, both (or their authorised representatives) were asked depose before the Directorate this week. The probe relates to Aircel-Maxis deal in the 2G spectrum allocation case under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Though market analysts are not expecting immediate effects, adverse developments may send the stock into a tailspin. Meanwhile, the company disclosed to the exchanges that Mr S. Selvam bought about 3 lakh shares between February 13 and 28 in the company, taking his holding to 1.74 per cent.
