Company news: Aban Offshore

A letter of award has been received for offshore deployment of jack-up rig Aban VIII in Malaysia, by Aban Offshore’s step-down subsidiary for a period of one year, with six extension options of three months each. The deployment is expected to commence during the last quarter of calendar year 2018. Shares of Aban Offshore closed at ₹88.1, down 0.28 per cent, on the BSE.
