ABG Shipyard has allotted 1.24 lakh shares to lenders — South Indian Bank and Andhra Bank — on preferential basis at ₹275.92 apiece as part of its debt restructuring plan, the company informed the stock exchanges on Wednesday. While it allotted 1.21 lakh shares to South Indian Bank, 3,035 shares were assigned to Andhra Bank. Shares of ABG Shipyard ended at ₹144.35, down 0.8 per cent, on the NSE.
